泰海灘度假村 (Thai Beach Resort)

Would expect cupboards, hangers, soaps, toilet tissue and supplies based on No of persons. None were available. Breakfast available at door service. Can be more valuable for the price paid. Needs improvisation.

Experience with this resort is not so good. Though they claim it's a beach resort there is no private beach available and there is no gate to access the sea side. Resort has no restaurant. The road to the resort is not so good. Mosquitoes and few other flies were there in the room. They gave only 1 litre of water for drinking as compliment and you have to pay extra for additional water. They charged 37 rupees for 1 litre of water bottle.

Stay was average as there was no inhouse canteen facility to serve hot food. All ordered items were only chinese, as it was a sister concern of chitra groups of hotels, it was not given due importance. Stay was comfortable but facilities were average. I would not prefer this for its cost again

Not worth for a single occupancy. First the positives. The room, bedding, and wash room were clean. But the location of room 104 & few more rooms beside it has a disadvantage as there is a large generator right in front of the room's entrance. So you have to stay with noise & pollution created by the generator. As they don't have sufficient power supply from eb, the day & night generator is on. Ac won't work properly it runs for 10 mins and automatically gets off. This is not at all a beach resort there is no private access to beach from the property nor any view of the beach. The location is not all convenient to visit the temple it's some 2 kms away from the temple. U won't find any auto to visit the temple, you have to take your vehicle and struggle to park it near the temple. Wash rooms ventilator doesn't have any mesh because of that lots of insects will visit the bathroom. I don't recommend this place to any kind of traveller. They must rename the place as ashok leyland generator view resort.

Compliment break fast was very average. Room service was subtle and location was accessible and nearby temple. Not worth for the price.

Nearby the beach, nice view and food. Pool was well maintained. Rooms were clean. Kids friendly. Highly recommended.

Good ambience, clean rooms, good food, swimming pool a hit for the kids. The entire resort was good but beach behind the resort is very bad

Located midway between tiruchendur temple and tiruchendur bus stand. Is good. Timely room delivery of foods ordered. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and good taste. Rooms neatly maintained. Bathrooms were of good amenities. Air-conditioning was almost good. Balcony view of the beach was satisfying. Outdoor swimming pool neatly maintained. A small play area for kids is good to mention. Staffs were polite. Though many was said to be on leave on the week end. Drawback i would say was the beach resort was not having access to the beach.
